Our 2024 LA Marathon training season officially kicked off on Saturday, September 23! Over the next few weeks, we will introduce our awesome LA Marathon Pace Leaders as well as our Marathon Coach. Why do you run? It feels great, clears my head, and allows me to set goals and make friends!

What do you do for fun? Read, watch movies, do yoga, play the piano.

Anything else you’d like your fellow Pacers to know? I’ve run with numerous running clubs, but this one is truly special. The people, the planning, everything. Enjoy, appreciate, and have fun!

Which group do you run with? 9-minute, and sometimes Team 10
How long have you been with the Pasadena Pacers? 6 years (since 2017)
How many marathons have you run? 7 to date. Hopefully 9 by spring 2023 after completing the LAM in March and 10 after completing the Boston Marathon in April!
Why do you run? Running makes me feel great, physically and emotionally. I’m in the best shape of my adult life and runners—Pasadena Pacers in particular—are consistently cool and encouraging people.
Favorite post run snack/meal? Nashville chicken sandwich (sometimes with an IPA)
