Ready to run? Just register and join us at our next scheduled outing. Come just as you are—out of shape or super fit—you’ll fit right in. Wear your running shoes and bring a water bottle. Make sure to introduce yourself to someone so you can get hooked up with a coach.

No running experience, no money required. Friendly smiles always appreciated.

Volunteers Needed:  Pasadena Half Marathon Cheer/Water Station

Volunteers are needed to set up and hand out water and to cheer for the runners/walkers on the Half Marathon route on race day, January 19.  Pacers will have two water stations and plenty of room to cheer (just east of Norton Simon Musuem and Ralph’s) — please join us for this fun and rewarding event. IMPORTANT UPDATE: All volunteers who signed up by the end of day on January 15, should have received an email early January 16 with specific race day and parking information. Please go to the Volunteer page for the event to see a copy of the information in the email.

Here is the weekly RUNdown for the week of January 13:

Tuesday and Thursday @ 6 pm or 7 pm 

Get your mid-week run in and enjoy a different route each time with the 6 pm group. Or join us at 7 pm for a loop, or two around the Rose Bowl and maybe if you are feeling crazy, a hill. Meet up is by the aquatic center at the Rose Bowl. Please bring your headlamps/flashlights and wear reflective clothing.

Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:30 pm, Introductory Speed Training (please see below for more details*). Tuesday, January 14, is the last day of current speed training sessions.

Saturday @ 6:50 am:

We are at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center (near the picnic tables).  Stretches begin at 6:50 am and our groups begin their routes at 7 am! Please park past the bathrooms outside of the aquatic center.

Pacers who are registered for the Pasadena 5k and/or Pasadena Half can pick up their wristbands to the Rose Bowl Locker Room while they are picking up their race bibs at the Brookside remote pickup. Everyone MUST have a wristband to enter the Locker Room — and please wear your Pacers shirts, jackets, hats, etc.

Sunday – Pasadena 5K and Half Race Day:

Winter sessions for our Walkers, Pre-Conditioners and 10 Mile Challengers began on November 16 — It’s never too late to join!  New sessions start on February 15, 2020
