Ready to run? Just register and join us at our next scheduled outing. Come just as you are—out of shape or super fit—you’ll fit right in. Wear your running shoes and bring a water bottle. Make sure to introduce yourself to someone so you can get hooked up with a coach.

No running experience, no money required. Friendly smiles always appreciated.

Here is the weekly RUNdown for the week of September 16th:

Tuesday @ 6 pm or 7 pm: Get your mid-week run in and join us for a loop (or two) around the Rose Bowl. Meet up is by the aquatic center at the Rose Bowl.

Thursday @ 6 pm or 7 pm: Get your mid-week run in and join us for a loop (or two) around the Rose Bowl. Meet up is by the aquatic center at the Rose Bowl.

Saturday @ 6:50 am: We return to the picnic tables near the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center for our weekly walk/run (360 N Arroyo Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91103). A friendly reminder to please park past the tennis court bathrooms! IMPORTANT NOTE: Coach Ezra will be leading club warm-ups starting at 6:50am! Announcements will be at 7am and teams will start heading out at 7:05am. Arrive early if you want to warm-up please!

Sunday @ 4 am: Special Downhill Training Run for those running Revel Big Bear Half or Full Marathon. Please see Facebook Event details for more info.
