Training Programs

There’s a group for everyone! We aim to meet the needs of all runners. We have multiple programs to help you at whatever level you are. We have a group for Walkers, Pre-Conditioners, Bridge to Half, Half Marathoners, and Marathoners. The mileage for each group will be posted and displayed weekly. Your miles, smiles and safety are important to us. Join us and speak with your coach to ensure you are increasing your miles safely. Our goal is to help you accomplish your running goals and have fun doing so.
