Speed training is all new for the 2023 Los Angeles Marathon training season! Speed training sessions will be held every Thursday at 6:00pm at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center beginning on Thursday, September 29, 2022.
Each speed session includes 15 minutes or 2 miles of warm up before the workout and 15 minutes or 2 miles of cool down after the workout (whichever comes first).
