RBAC – Performance Coaching
March 22 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Looking to achieve a PR and/or professional style coaching? Coach Armand leads a weekly training session geared towards helping runners achieve running improvement in economy, form, strength, speed, flexibility, and overall endurance. The first session is FREE and then the monthly cost is $40 (this cost is much less that the overall value received!). Meet just south of the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center (RBAC) at the end of Parking Lot I.
Below is an introduction from Coach Armand:
“Hello everyone my name is Armand Crespo and I’m the Head Cross Country Coach and Head Track Coach at Pasadena City College. I also used to be the manager at Run With Us in Pasadena. I have known Dr. Smith for about a decade and we have become good friends. Dr. Smith has been trying to see if he and I could do something together to benefit the running community.
Late last year we started a great opportunity to get professional style coaching for the masses at a low rate. I coach once a week at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena using all of the techniques that have been given to Olympians, college, and semi-pro athletes for decades but have seemed to allude the masses. I have spent 20 years developing a program that can help anyone achieve their PR (personal record) at any distance. This program is for anyone who wants to improve using techniques that are proven to work. I have developed many athletes over the years from beginners to top collegians and have had the same success from All-Americans at the university level to state champions at the junior college level. My talent lies in the ability to see the deficiencies in people and correct them with care and attention. This is a personal program but grouping is used to help each individual to their goal.
This program is an added feature to the Pasadena Pacers training, I will just be here to give a little extra help to those who desire it.”
