Mt. Baden Powell/Big Horn Trail Run/Hike

You want a little break from this heat??? Join us this Saturday, July 22nd at 5:45am (we are starting at 6am sharp) at Mt. Baden Powell for a trail run/hike. It’s 8 miles round trip with SPECTACULAR views! We will also have the option of doing Big Horn Mine, which is only 3.7 miles. Parking is FREE, however you do need an Adventure Pass, it can be purchased at REI or Big 5 for $5.
To get directions, please Google “Mt. Baden Powell trailhead” or “Big Horn Mine Trail”.
You must have the proper shoes, either hiking shoes or trail running shoes, poles (optional), PLENTY of water (especially those doing Baden Powell), electrolytes, hat, sunscreen, snacks & lunch to eat up there.
Also, please wear AP gear (or anything RED) so we may identify that you are with our group.
Those that can’t make the hike, we are still meeting at Pioneer Park, 1360 North Dalton Ave, Azusa at 6:00am sharp for our regular meet-up.
